Terms of Use

IRONBLOOM is a nutrition and training planning app operated by Shoulder Monkey Pty Ltd (Australia). By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Not medical advice

IRONBLOOM, including the Henley coach, generates general fitness and nutrition information. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not a substitute for a doctor, dietitian or other qualified professional. Talk to a professional before starting a new program, especially if you have a health condition, are pregnant or postpartum, or take medication.

2. Age

You must be at least 16 to use IRONBLOOM. If you are 16 or 17, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf, and the app will not set calorie-deficit targets for you.

3. Your responsibilities

• Answer the health screen honestly and keep it up to date.
• Stop training and seek help if you feel unwell, faint, or in pain.
• Keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

4. AI-generated content

Plans and coaching messages are generated by AI models using the information you provide. They can be wrong. You decide what to do with them. Where a message is generated by AI we tell you so.

5. Emergencies

IRONBLOOM is not an emergency or crisis service. If you are in danger call 000. For support call Lifeline on 13 11 14 or the Butterfly Foundation on 1800 33 4673.

6. Your data

How we collect, use and delete your data is set out in our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your account at any time from Settings.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law, IRONBLOOM is provided as-is and we are not liable for loss or injury arising from your use of the app. Nothing here excludes rights you have under Australian law.

8. Changes

If we change these terms materially we will ask you to accept the new version before you keep using the app.
